Week 4 - Self Contained
One
of the terms used repeatedly this week was self-contained website, so I decided
to look up what that meant. It was described as a website with not using a
cloud platform for the slide show. I think a blog refereed to it as a
power point slide show insert. The dis-advantage of not using a self-contained
website may be that content is not as uniformed in the site or it is not
readily available. it may have a dependency on a third party platform. Either
way we are looking this week at making it self-contained and all data to be
directly coded in the site.
i always do like looking stuff up because i see how other people go about the problem and it give me a better picture and its always fun to find new things. but i do hope to learn more CSS to be able to make a slideshow or what have you in the future.
